    When I hear a song(s) that take me back to my younger years I quickly relate what age or grade I was in at the time and where we were living. ( We moved around a lot!) Even if I see a clip or movie of an old western, Red Skelton , Carol Burnett, etc. It gets me to thinking of how sometimes life seem to be more simplified. Not always easier, but more simplified. I agree with Matthew of experiencing the past with positive feelings of nostalgia, accept for a very few rough bumps that everyone has in life. I believe that everyone has a song, a movie , a book, or something in their life that takes them back to 'a moment in time'. Hopefully more are able to enjoy a positive reaction than a negative one.

    There are two quotes from Governing Body that i have always appreciated! 1980 Brother Albert Schroeder..."We have preached the Good News, Now we need to Teach it." Brother Samuel Herd...." Do what you can when you can." Please forgive me if I misspelled The first Brother's last name. 🙂

    For one who is inactive: How often I have wanted to say, What is keeping you from returning today? What deep inside has caused this much pain To keep my friend from life to gain? I pray each day for your return, To keep in mind what we ALL yearn! Realizing that happiness is not what is in this world..to shun But a world that is not yet begun! If only you would consider more than your pain, But living forever and the real life to gain. So my friend, look deep inside, For only you can truly decide!

Here is another one: Man says, "Show me and I will trust you"---Jehovah says, "TRUST ME AND I WILL SHOW YOU." "Let the Mind of your Master be the Master of your mind."

    One I heard many years ago about being Service Minded: "Be steadfast not bedfast, It's mind over mattress." How easy it is especially in cold season to want to just pull the covers up and go back to sleep.

    Good evening Everyone!   I just wanted to share  what has been going on since April due to the Pandemic.    As some of you already know, I work at a school.  Well, my Superintendent has been connecting and listening in on our congregation zoom meetings since April and has not missed but three since she began (one was due to a funeral).  She has even listened in when we have abbreviated Watchtower lessons due to our Circuit Assembly last week.    She and her 89 year old mom listen in and said they love listening in and learning.  They are Catholic.   I send her via text the public talk title each week and the Watchtower lesson for that week.   About a week ago after she missed a couple of Sundays she said to me, "Please don't forget us!"   I told her she can rest assured that we would not.   Anyways it is encouraging to see ones of a different faith connecting to our Zoom meetings.

      I am convinced we can't go to the people but Jehovah is bringing the people to us.....so many experiences like this I have been hearing. Thank you .
