  1. Maybe this has been discussed before but I'm not good at searching this site. Is there a way to play Audio songs in the Kingdomhall before and after the meeting without hearing the Brothers and Sisters who are talking with each other on Zoom? Without muting everyone?
  2. That is how we do it as well. On top of that, we favour the pioneers with the first choice. We allow everyone to use the app for scheduling as well after the new schedule is added from Scheduler. If brothers and sister are not able to do their shift for some reason, they remove themselve from a shift. This is communicated in a Whatsapp Cartwittnessing group. Brothers and sister can respond to that and add themselves in the Publisher app. Shifts that are blank on Sunday night for that week can be considered available and can be claimed by everyone.
  3. Red means someone is away. Vacation or something else. Grey is based on the away frequency: If you schedule for an away talk three weeks before and after are grey. You only want to be away from the Congregation once in 4 weeks. Purple means Assembly / Convention or CO visit. The lines white / blue is simply the Table Lay-out.
  4. This works from the Printing Section. Go to Select Chose the Persons from the list at the right. Tick Send Individually en Click Email: Then you will go to the email section automatically. You will see the attachment. Then select Persons and Persons Information Check Click Load. Now you will be able to adjust the text in the email if you want. At last Click Send.
  5. It shows the original text in English or the translated text if you have one of the translations.
  6. When it is assigned as Congregation Territory she is able to see it. Another option is to assign to a Field Service Group Everyone in the group is able to see it.
  7. That's to bad. Why would they want you to develop your own program when there already is such a program? NWScheduler has many advantages: You can see who has which Territories You can generate reports about how often the Territories are worked, how many have been worked the last 6 months, the last 12 months, How many have not been worked the last 6 months, the last 12 months. The avarage time it takes to work the Territory. Etc. You can use it in offline mode You can generate the S-13 report automatically You don't need to draw the map if you don't want to (And what is the problem if you do? It is easy.) If in the future someone else is going to do the Territories in your congregation he doesn't have to invent the wheel again. I hope for you they want to reconsider using NWS. It saves you so much time.
  8. We use them for the following: 1. Approved volunteer for the Circuit assemblies. 2. Not appointed brother. 3. Harbor witnessing 4. Alone in the truth 5. Devided household 6. Key to the literaturestand storage.
  9. You can go to the previous months and click 'Undo Submit'. Go to the oldest month you want to adjust. Make sure you have undone all months from the first month till the latest. That is November. Adjust the reports and then click 'Submitted to Branch' from the oldest onward. It should now show up correctly in the Reports.
  10. Not here yet. It only shows Part 1. The last one is Branch Report: Central Europe and Netherlands. Maybe you are on a different server? Edit: ASL is up now.
  11. Did you try to refresh the data? Go to a certain week. At the top left, the most right icon is the refresh icon. I had issues for March and April. And this was the trick for me.
  12. There was a time when they had a spare white shirt ready behind the platform in case a speaker showed up without a white shirt. I guess now they will have a fake beard ready.
  13. We work with NWS for about 2.5 years now. It has been very pleasant for us. We had some issues which later most of the time turned out to be no issues. Sometimes we think it's a bug but it is just working another way then we expect. We had to learn to think the way they think. There is a new feature that may be helpful. Go to the Help section in the left lower corner: Then click Request Personal Help. Select your Language and select a Topic you need help with under Help Needed and click Search. Or simply click Search. A list of Persons show up who have offered personal help. You can contact them by mail or phone and ask for support with the Program. Click on a name and in the right section click on Show. Click on Yes in the next Box. In the right section you will see the Contact info. Hope this helps.
  14. This was a support response. I'm in a support group of 7 brothers for the Dutch language. One of the brothers reported the sync issue and got this reply.
  15. Hi Carlos, I don't think they will implement the option for Whatsapp. But one does never know. You could send a request for it when you are allowed to. In the mean time you could gently encourage individuals to learn to work with the App. We have 103 Publishers and 92 are connected. Once they see the advantages they don't want anything else. Especially when they can turn in their fieldservicereport in the app.
  16. I just got this Information: We have recently fixed this issue in the latest Build update. Please click Me > Updates > Check for Updates and install the Build update #1313 or later, or alternately re-download and install New World Scheduler from our website. If your Congregation Sharing was setup or enabled within the last few days, you should please ask a Congregation Administrator to Disable Sharing and then re-setup. Otherwise, you simply need to refresh any data that was changed in the last few days, and it will sync fine for other users. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience. Kind Regards, New World Scheduler
