Beggar for the Spirit

I just got assigned my first public talk.  Feb 18th - Evidence of God in the World Around Us.  Let the shaking and frayed nerves begin.  😁

Just finished the 3rd day of the convention.  Did it take away my severe depression? No.  But it did calm me down, I felt it calm me down.  

I had the privilege of visiting the Britain Branch today. Such an amazing experience! Got to catch up with a few old friends and meet some lovely brothers and sisters who shared a lot of great experiences and stories. It was the best way to start the new service year 😁

In one hour and ten minutes our Memorial commences! Some unbelieving family members are coming! What a blessing! 

Getting ready for the memorial... Starts in less than 2 hours at my place. Wish you all a wonderful memorial with many guests, "future brothers and sisters"! 🥰

The New Zealand Government has this morning declared a National State of Emergency, to assist in the response to Cyclone Gabrielle. (Hope our friends in NZ are ok)

Well, it happened. Our dear brother died. It was like he was a part of my DNA. I’m full of cherished memories. And so grateful.
His dear wife can start to heal. Jehovah just had his arms around her. He had cancer all over. I can still hear him saying, “I have a cough worse than Bea Nix.” (I’m known for a dramatic cough of unknown origin)  
He was a center of our congregation. I told his wife, “He grounded me”. And, that he did!
Add to broken hearts, he was of the anointed. Talk about conflicted. We knew we’d loose him, but just how.
This is a special, unique thing I may never experience in my life again. And, yes, Jehovah will help us all to heal😓

COV is over. It was very refreshing. Many notes to review and meditate upon.  

Submitted my application for regular pioneering starting in Sep. 1st. Very happy and looking to Jehovah to guide me.<3 Hope everyone is having a good day.
