    Products that actually work: Active charcoal toothpaste does whiten and clean. I use twin lotus. Carol's daughter Hair products show improvement after one use. Bought Dr Scholl's inner soles, (from the diagnostic machine) and hated them, but I am working with my physical therapist on balance. Put these rejected insoles into an old pair of sneakers, and I my balance has improved, I think.     I will see PT today for his opinion.

      you can use coconut oil, baking soda;  combination as a toothpaste.  In the efforts to get flouride out of your system.  Sucking on garlic can also help clear up pre cavity infections so you can remineralize your teeth.

      Never heard of charcoal toothpaste. Kinda fond of the Arm & Hammer myself :)

      I've used baking soda and its combos for years, but was not getting a whitening effect. Even the chemicals weren't whiting these old teeth, but the activated charcoal is helping.
