According to gov. Website the guideline for 2017 shows the allowed amount for 1 person is $11,880.00 to receive free Medi-Cal .That's $990 per month.It's $16,020 for 2 people in the household.
Sorry brother.I hope you have alternatives.
We have free clinics and food banks.I visit four food banks a month for my client because she gets very little food stamps.
