We live in a computer simulation?

Have you had a discussion at any time with someone who says that we may be living in a computer simulation designed by aliens, or by our future, much more intelligent descendants? Neil DeGrasse Tyson is one who has claimed this and considers it more than a 50-50 chance! I have pondered this and wondered how best to counter the claim, with little success I might add. But today I read this short article on Evolution News which gives the most simple explanation of why that claim cannot be true.
