I noticed with the latest update dated December 27 2019, that an issue was fixed "where many unexpected notifications displayed". Is this the "Catalogue Updating" Notification? It was showing every time the app was opened. I am just wondering if anyone had any other notifications showing or if this was the main one? Now it suggests that notification will only appear when we tap the 'Refresh' button. Other points of interest is that the address for the app is 1 Kings Drive Tuxedo Park, and I think the email address for the app may have changed slightly? Also, it says the number of downloads is 10,000,000+ which I imagine is android only. Does anyone know how to find out the exact amount? My Ipad app store doesn't seem to have a download amount... Does anyone know how to research how many downloads may have taken place through the App Store?

Windows 10 (64), Lenovo Ultrabook I have been receiving update notices to apply the Update 3 for Watchtower Library CD. When I try to download and install it, the program displays the error message "multiple programs open, make sure another program is not running". I have checked in task manager and no other Watchtower Library Cd is open. How do I get this update either installed or if it is installed, how do I get this update to stop trying? Thanks, Sam -
My Samsung Tab A 8" updated today ( at meeting no less ) to Marshmallow from Lollipop. Glad I had phone with today's WT study on it. I was hoping they would jump to Nougat and bypass Lollipop.

I got a notification that my JW LIB app was updated and when I opened it up to check for anything new I saw that the new Imitate Jesus book that we just got at our RC this year had an update ready for download already! I can't imagine what they would have to update already - does anyone know what information was changed/added/or updated? Just curious. -
Some are not able to update automatically to windows 8.1 update 1. For you here is the info you need. KB2919442 is absolutely necessary to install update 1 KB2919355. Please note -You Must download KB files for your operation system 32 bit ( x86 ) or 64 bit ( x64 ) Further updates will not work without these 1st two. I would recommend downloading them to a separate folder on c:\ such as c:\downloads-c Makes it easier to locate. Install one at a time. Windows 8.1 update must be installed from c:\ drive and in the following order – only 1st & 2nd are absolutely necessary.
