When I check for software updates it says I'm using the latest software version in current OS version.

 

Apparently the LG Motion supports only one specific OS version, and has only had minor bugfixes since then. Unfortunately this is common with certain cell phone manufacturers, they'll support the newest OS at the time of release, then make people get an entirely new phone if they want to upgrade their OS.

So... I have to get a new phone just to get JW Language? My family can't afford that now... :-(

I can't really afford a new phone and I don't really want one, my phone is good asides from that one thing.

I can't download the app at all, it says it's incompatible with my phone on Google Play. I think you got my problem confused with another :/ Thanks for the help anyway, enjoy your meeting

Try the apk file I posted some posts above (first go to settings, security and allow for the instalation of unknown sources

Yes, I see the problem, your phone has Android version 4.04 which is ICS and the app requires 4.1.0 and above (Jellybean or higher). Sorry,

 

You can root the phone and install a Jellybean based ROM, but you would probably need someone there to guide you through it.

I believe Windows 8.1 is a free upgrade. You can get it here,
