Has anyone heard of the new UN resolution 2011........ "If you cannot afford to BUY Oil....STEAL it !!!!!"

The next Tyrant (killing his own people) will be the King of Saudi Arabia when he increases Oil prices next year......OR maybe Iran or Venezuela who refused to trade Oil in US dollars like Gaddafi....
