I already do. And I spend way less than an hour a day on my phone. And I get we have the App but to me it just isn't the same. Its great for a quick reference, but I prefer having a bible with me. I keep my mini bible right there in my glove compartment, or in my coat so it's always there if I need it.

On my phone, the JW Library app is open all day long, and I'm constantly using it to look up various Scriptures throughout the day. By comparison, my last outgoing call was two days ago, and my last text message was Sunday.

There is no difference whatsoever between an electronic and paper Bible, both are only tools. We don't benefit more by using paper, we benefit by applying the things we read in our daily lives.

I have a relative who carries his paper Bible literally 24/7, even in the bathtub and in bed. He can quote the most obscure Scriptures imaginable, but despite using a paper version of "The Bible Jesus Used"™, he cannot see the truth of Jehovah at all.

The paper Bible is not the magical talisman that many people (including some Witnesses) make it out to be, it's just a means of holding the inspired words of Jehovah. If someone chooses to use an electronic Bible instead of paper, we shouldn't criticize their choice as inferior and less magical spiritual, we should commend them for reading the Bible at all.

I agree with that. It is the message of the bible that matters. And i don't carry my bible with me so others know I am reading it, I carry it because I am comforted by the tactile experience. My love of paper books is not restricted to the bible.

I'll 3rd the motion! ☺
