Our bodies are really sensitive to time.  A one hour adjustment feels like so much!  I love the fall when we "get" that hour back!

I don't know about the rest of the United States, or the world for that matter, but daylight savings time begins here in NYC today at 2am. Hip Hip Horray! I love it! It means that we have to set our clocks one hour ahead tonight. It also means that it'll start getting dark later. Every year it means it doesn't even begin getting dark until about 8pm. Wonderful! A few of us takes advantage of that and stay out later (so ok a few of us are still out at 9pm, lol).

Oh! oppss! Didn't know there was already a thread on this. What? I need to curb my enthusiasm? Lol. But at least I did learn something new about it: it's not just here in NYC. Shame shame. (head bowed, lol)

Awwwwww - all you guys get to spring forward one season, and then fall back another season.

We don't jump, jitter OR fall over - ever !!!!!

Thank you sister for helping me look at the bright side of losing an hours sleep.  It probably wouldn't be so bad if I could fall asleep, but as it is I am wide awake wondering how grouchy I will be in the morning.

Our clocks do not go forward until the end of the month! Which is great for baseball games! I can watch spring training games an hour earlier here for the next couple of weeks.
