We are watching "Zoo" on TV, it's about a group of people trying to figure out why animals are changing. It reminds me a lot of "Lost"

I've just downloaded the first episode. ..It looks a bit predictable

It is a little predictable and there is some flexibility in common sense but there are some interesting twists that remind me of "Lost"

Did anybody read the book before watching the series? Does it follow the story line of the book? I read it when it first came out. Not one of my favorite James Patterson books, but not too bad.

No, I know it is based on one of his books but I didn't read it. I have read a few of his books and decided that I didn't want to read any more of his stuff, I almost didn't start watching the show because of that.

I like Zoo, to a point. I liked Lost, to a point. Never heard of Whispers. Really would like to watch a good suspense movie but a good one is hard to find.

Most of the plots of the shows today are similar. Someone wants to dominate, someone wants to hold the 'cure', people are dominated by another race (being), lots of smacking around and fighting.

I'm not into the competitive cooking shows either. I only watch Diners Drive-ins and dives. I don't like how people need to compete, REALLY? It's cooking, needs to fun and enjoyable.

Pssst- I really like the 'new' avatar!

I like Zoo too but it is quite scary! I record it and then watch it during the day. Yes...I am a scardey cat, but the episode where that cute little dog lured the dad to his dog friends to be eaten really scared me and I couldn't sleep.

I didn't like that part either, it should have been left out.

Zoo is starting to get a little cheesy. The last two episodes are pushing the limits of common sense.

Seriously, how many pest control guys carry a flame thrower????
