  1. Whatever the subject or purpose, we are always guaranteed that it's just what we need and precisely at the right time!
  2. There is no doubt that Jehovah is directing things in the way He wants them to progress.
  3. This is something only you can answer. I would like to say just follow the Faithful Slave's lead however, I don't think they're going to make any decisions on this public knowledge.
  4. Satan definitely knows what works. It could be something very inconsequential that we would probably take for granted, no big deal, right? However once we're used to accepting whatever that is, he moves on to something else, so he can gradually break down our spiritual immune system. Take the current pandemic situation. We may feel like no one knows whether I'm on Zoom or not, so I'll just miss the meeting. This gets easier to accept after a while. Then we start filling that time frame with something else. Pretty soon, the friends begin wondering where we've been. We become embarrassed that someone noticed, which sometimes makes it worse. My friends, be determined not to let Satan make that first step! It could mean your life!
  5. It's interesting that some people will acknowledge common sense until false religionists apply pressure to squelch that concession. Personally, when I'm confronted by someone like that, I dig my heels in and refuse to accept anything but the truth, even before I knew the truth of the Bible.
  6. Jehovah always finds a way to guarantee that His Work is done!
  7. Another way that Jehovah's name is being brought to the forefront. Sad to say but, sometimes things will go unnoticed until someone well known draws attention to them. Thank you to Mr. James for doing just that!!!
  8. I suffer from depression also. However, it's very encouraging to know it's only temporary and that Jehovah is always there for us!
  9. Sure, I've had a best friend. He's an elder in his current congregation. We became friends because we have similar interests, which happened to be the Truth, classic cars and drag racing. That's how you find a best friend. You look for someone who has similar interests. However, for them to be a true friend, you have to have a foundation in the Truth, first. Next comes communication. A true friend is someone you can tell what's on your mind and in your heart. Someone who would never betray your trust. You can find any number of sisters who would jump at the opportunity to be your best friend.
  10. That's awesome! Jehovah always knows what to do in any given situation.
  11. As someone with depression, thank you for this. It helps to know that the friends, whether they know what to say or not, are concerned. As self appointed king lot dad jokes, I have to remember that Jehovah will never leave His loyal ones.
  12. That would be funny if we didn't live in Glendale Az. Our recycling is contracted out and the recycled materials that they accept are very limited so we only need one bin. Sent from my SM-J727P using Tapatalk
  13. Ours does. We are near Phoenix AZ and have had this option for years. Sent from my SM-J727P using Tapatalk
  14. We ( and Jehovah and Jesus) are all we've got in this time of the end. We have no other option but to love and encourage each other. Sent from my SM-J727P using Tapatalk
  15. Makes one wonder how things will change in the near future. Sent from my SM-J727P using Tapatalk
