Completely empty. Lol.
No seriously I was thinking how broke I am now that I finished paying my bills, with one to go, but it's automatically taken out of my account.
 
But I have the necessities, and maybe be able to purchase something new like at least a new blouse for the convention this weekend. Past Friday I went inside a payless shoe store just "to look around" because the entire chain is going out of business, and walked outta there with a pair of flats, for $14.99, down from "$29.99!! 
 
So guys, how's that just  "to look around"? Lol. I know, I know I can hear you good people now "ain't no one told you to try something on." And you're right. Lol. 
 

My spiritual dad did it again. 
 
Tuesday I get a message (afternoon—happened in the morning) that he fell again and was in the ER. 
 
Mom also saw he had a couple seizures along with it too. She slapped his cheeks a few times to see if she could wake him up. When he came to he asked: “why you slapping me, I didn’t do anything wrong.” Now we are chuckling about that. 😁
 
By the time I got there he had been placed in the ICU. He was allowed visitors 😳 and he was talking but also falling asleep quite often. His body was tired from the beating it took.
 
Well, after quite a bit of tests they figured out what happened and the cause.
 
“Dad” having 4th stage kidney disease along with a very bad heart (pacemaker/defibrillator) the kidney doctor had him on a very high dose of lasix (water pill). Because of that he was losing most of his potassium (also on potassium meds).
 
Anyway, his potassium dropped so low it triggered what they diagnosed as a “fatal heart attack” if it wasn’t for the pacemaker doing its job. 
 
Tuesday night tho his complexion looked a great deal better.
Yesterday (his complexion looked even more terrific) they told the family and myself if he continued doing well with new meds he could possibly come home today. 😁
 
“Mom” just messaged me to tell me Dad’s not coming home today. His legs (below his knees apparently from the kidney disease) are red and were not looking good at all yesterday so they are trying to figure out how they can help him. 
 
Hoping to pick up mom tomorrow and get to take dad home.

Just had a conversation with a catholic person. I'm just shocked how you show someone the truth and still, they don't believe it. I even used her own bible to explain.
 
She prays to the statue of Mary and says that she has experienced many prayers go true for her. But she doesn't understand the bible, she's always just listened to the priest throughout her life. I showed many scriptures in her bible showing that the bible does not support that and then she didn't want to talk about it anymore. 
 
For 21 years, she has been doing this, so I understand that this must be deeply rooted in her. But what more can I do?
