That's the whole point of it! Only Jehovah knows. We know that it is close because of the ongoing conflicts and the wars that are suddenly erupting. Brings to mind Rev. 11:18 "But the nations became wrathful, and your own wrath came....." The nations today are flexing their muscles but, little do they know that they do have a head-on collision with their maker. We can see how close we are in the stream of time. Not just one nation has Jehovah's attention but, all of them. They will all meet their demise very, very soon.

From days of long ago, biblical times the middle east has always been a hot bed. Not surprising. Just because there is much going on their means nothing. Means actually that we are very close. Africa is going through a situation, Haiti has their war as well. Ukraine and Russia has been at each others throat for a couple of years. Will Armageddon take place in the Middle East? Yes, and all around the world as well.

It doesn't matter how or when power changes hands and how or whether democracy has or will reached their limits. Jehovah has a time set up that will bring this system.....democracy or other to an abrupt close. Pro. 21:1 A Kings heart is like a stream of water in Jehovah's hand. He directs it wherever He pleases. According to research Jehovah can use his spirit to divert the thoughts of rulers in a direction that is in harmony with His purpose. Why be interested in the way politics unfolds? Useless. When Jehovah's time comes He will put a lid over it.

Oh my goodness! This morning as I was cleaning the kitchen I was thinking how close are we? Then my mind drifted to Daniel. Daniel, was searching the scriptures when he came across Jeremiah's prophecy. He told the friends/family that soon they were going to be able to go back home. Prior to that the Medes/Persians had already taken Babylon over and that no one at the time of takeover should be on the streets or they would be killed. The Jews were safe in their homes. They experienced a take over from a different country as if their captivity was not enough. However, they made a life in Babylon. In our modern day the world is experiencing wars, friends are experiencing imprisonment and countries are banned not to mention climate change that has changed the lives of many of our friends. In some respects we are mirroring certain aspects that happened in Daniel's time. Thinking out loud here.

Its slowly coming together. Let's see what becomes of all of this hoopla. Most certainly interesting with a twist.

Jenny, do a research on Lamentations 3. It is beautiful. For instance: Lamentations 3:26 "Good it is to wait in silence for the salvation of Jehovah; 28 Let him sit alone and keep silent when He lays it upon him. 29 Let him put his mouth in the very dust; there may yet be hope. Do a research on the whole chap. 3. It is food for thought. Sis, we are all tired. We want the New World just as bad as you do hon. but, please, just stay busy. The convention will uplift you. And......the prophecy of P&S must be fulfilled. And fulfilled it will be. It doesn't matter why they declare it. We all know it will be a veneer. But the cry will come. So as these wars rage on we will wait for the signal. If there were no wars there would be no need for this cry of peace and security which follow wars in action. We are very close.

Thank you. However, it may be used in the future but, will not destroy the earth. So, it still does not rule out nuclear war. Things are getting heated up. Trust in Jehovah is the key here and, He knows how far this will go before he intervenes. My goodness! I had nightmares last night. Got up at 4:30 am, put on the coffee pot, prayed to Jehovah and got ready for my meeting this morning and its only 6:17. These days are most certainly disturbing.

Could we have a nuclear war?

We have thought about that. Maybe, in the GT when crowds are in the streets we, just blend in and get to where we need to get for safety. Its anyone's guess.

Yeah, we all are. It was a healthy jolt though. Our cells were going off the hook as elders checked in with all of us. Interesting for those that believe we have ways to go. Think not!

Trump is the modern day "Pharoah." Jehovah might use this "Trump card" up his sleeve to bring this man to his knees. Lets all take a waiting disposition and see how this plays out.

Don't think for one minute that Jehovah does not hear our cries for the Kingdom to finally take place. If His people are clamoring for relief will he not act? He heard the isrealites in Egypt. Please, don't give up. Continue waiting and praying for endurance and patience and stay busy in Jehovah's work. What is coming is not pretty. You are not the only one feeling this. We all are. And if we all are, do you think Jehovah is deaf and does not hear us? Does not see? Does not feel? Its coming and its coming fast.

Yep, you are right. Reaching out to many as we can. I thought my sister would never come into the "truth" I told my husband that if she ever did Armaggeddon was not far behind. She did! Now I have a very arrogant brother who is bombarding me with all sorts of writers of books for self-help and happiness. He says that we know God as Jehovah he knows him only as "father". I said, "let me introduce you to your father then" and off I went with many scriptures asserting that the name of God is Jehovah. Ummmmm......this was awhile ago. I'm still waiting to hear from him. Its been 45 mins. We have been texting back and forth all morning. I always get stuck with people like him. My husband laughs about it. He feels maybe Jehovah is trying to teach me something. I think so.....patience, humility and more patience.
