  3. Congrats Br. Arumuga. Regarding territory maps, you need not worry as if the task is given to you do it independently. You can always take help from your Service Overseer and Territory Assistant. They are interested to train you so they will be glad to help you. So do not hesitate to seek help whenever you need. Elders appreciate that.
  4. Noticed there is a new language added in JW.Org. It is "Hindi (Fiji)" Those who cannot read Hindi, can now read the same in English. Never imagined...wow. In India, some places people who can understand Hindi and they speak, while they did not learn to read and write the Hindi language. But they read English. This is surely going to be very helpful to them too. https://www.jw.org/hif/

Doctor:"I have a real good medicine against that: When your husband comes home drunk, just take a glass of green tea and start swirling it in your mouth. Don't drink it, just swirl it around and around". .........2 weeks later she comes back to the doctor and looks reborn and fresh again. Woman:" Doc, that was a brilliant idea! Every time my husband came home drunk I gargled repeatedly with green tea and he never touched me." Doctor:" You see how keeping your mouth shut is such a good idea !!!" He that is keeping his mouth and his tongue is keeping his soul from distresses.(Prov. 21:23)
  12. someone sent me this.. ..PEOPLE CAN BE CREATIVE.ENJOY! I went to Genesis hotel through Exodus road. On the way, I saw Leviticus recording the Numbers of people at Deuteronomy, while Joshua was waiting at the Beautiful gate for Judges to see Ruth calling loudly "Samuel, Samuel". At a stage, the first and second Kings of Chronicles were coming to visit Ezra, Nehemiah and Esther for the misfortune of Job their brother. They started singing Psalms and teaching children Proverbs concerning Ecclesiates and Songs of Solomon. This coincided with the period that Isaiah was engaged in Jeremiah's Lamentations together with Ezekiel and Daniel their friends. By that time, Amos and Obadiah were not around. Three days later, Hosea, Joel and Jonah travelled in the same ship with Micah and Nahum to Jerusalem. Habakkuk then visited Zephaniah who introduced him to Haggai a friend of Zechariah whose cousin is Malachi. Immediately after the tradition, Mathew, Mark, Luke and John got involved in Acts of the Romans who were behaving like the 1st Corinthians group because the 2nd Corithians group were always at loggerheads with the Galatians. At that time too they realized that the Ephesians and Philippians were close to the Colossians, suggested the first Thessalonians visit and that on their second Thessalonians visit they should first of all see the first and second of Timothy brothers who had gone to the house of Titus to teach Philemon his younger brother how to read and write in Hebrew. On hearing this James asked Peter twice to explain to him how the three Johns have disclosed to Jude the Revelations of this journey.
  13. GOD’S LAUGHTER How do you make God laugh? Tell him your plans. HOW ENLIGHTENED ARE YOU? IF.... If you can live without caffeine, If you can be cheerful, ignoring aches and pains, If you can resist complaining, If you can understand when your loved ones are too busy to give you any time, If you can take criticism and blame without resentment, If you can ignore a friend's limited education and never correct him or her, If you can resist treating a rich friend better than a poor friend, If you can face the world without lies and deceit, If you can conquer tension without medical help, If you can relax without liquor, If you can sleep without the aid of drugs, If you can honestly say that deep in your heart you have no prejudice against creed, color, religion, gender preference, or politics, --Then you have almost reached the same level of spiritual development as your dog! * * * * *
  14. Hi Sr. Sania, I found a latest information as below: Kingdom Ministry July 2013, Page 7 - Question Box Question Box ▪ Before an unbaptized publisher is approved for baptism, to what extent should he be attending congregation meetings and sharing in the ministry? Getting baptized is the most important decision a person will make. Therefore, before an individual is approved for baptism, he must have a reasonable understanding of what God requires of him. In addition, he should already be demonstrating his determination to live by God’s requirements. Christians are commanded not to forsake the gathering of themselves together, so an unbaptized publisher should already be showing diligence in attending congregation meetings. (Heb. 10:24, 25) He would generally also be participating by commenting. Likely, he would be enrolled in the Theocratic Ministry School, although this is not a requirement. In addition, since Christians have been given the commission to preach the good news and make disciples, an unbaptized publisher should be regularly sharing in the ministry before baptism. (Matt. 24:14; 28:19, 20) How many months should he be publishing before he can be baptized? Logically, he should be allowed sufficient time to demonstrate that he is steadfastly determined to have a regular and zealous share in the ministry month after month. (Ps. 78:37) However, it need not be very long from the time that he starts publishing until he qualifies for baptism, perhaps just a few months. How much field service time should he be reporting? There are no hard-and-fast rules. The elders should consider each publisher’s unique circumstances and be reasonable and balanced.—Luke 21:1-4. The elders (or ministerial servants in congregations with very few elders) who meet with a baptismal candidate should remember that every person is different, and they should use good judgment in determining whether he qualifies for baptism. They would expect him to have a real desire to be one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and to demonstrate an appreciation for his privilege of associating with Jehovah’s organization and sharing in the ministry. The elders understand that he has not yet grown to spiritual maturity or gained the skill of experienced baptized evangelizers. If the elders feel that the candidate is not qualified for baptism, they should kindly inform him of the Scriptural reasons for their decision and help him to receive spiritual assistance.
  15. If we think this way - After 25 years of wedding, it is called Silver Jubilee - So "something silver gift " is given After 50 years of wedding, it is called Golden Jubilee - So "something in gold as gift" is given (most of the couples do not get chance for this... ) After 75 years of wedding, it is called Platinum Jubilee - So "something in Platinum as gift" is given (99% do not get this chance at all... .) The question is - During the marriage a golden ring is given and after 25 years Silver? why? Silver is inferior to Gold and why it is necessary to give a Silver? We can give something more precious. To give ONLY SILVER on that occasion can be like following some "Tradition" If we think on this line, then no couple will ever buy Platinum ring or to many, no Golden Ring . So is it necessary for someone to wait 50 or 75 years to offer a Gold or Platinum? That is what called "Tradition". We can give any kind of gift as may be precious, on these occasions.
