It is the zillions of mice that got me, when I saw those mice in Australia I just thought man that
is Biblical proportions. I have an RV/study moving to Australia. When she gets there and has an
address I will be in touch and see if you can help me out in finding someone to call on her. ( New world explorer).

Anyone here played Ark Nova boardgame? If yes, what are your thoughts? Thinking of buying one.

From 6pm tonight, Victoria will be declared a state of disaster and stage four restrictions will also be imposed.

I just saw the comprehensive lockdown list from Victoria. Some notables:
8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. curfew
No visiting family or friends
1 hour limit to outdoor exercise daily
Mandatory stay of 5km radius from home
Work from home or without a job for 6 weeks
1 million workers sent home under stringent new lockdowns
Local police will be out to enforce the law.
Imo, I get the feeling that these laws/policies will spread further into many other regions in the world.
"Please come Lord Jesus. "

Please stay safe, all you Victorian brothers and sisters. Really praying hard for you all to endure this second wave and restrictions that come with it. We know it's going to be tough. But Jehovah knows how to help when times are tough 💓

Jw Talk...seems to be slow, notifications load ages, in fact I wasn't successful loading them at all so far ...(but of course running top computer, with "efficient" windows 10 on it...LOL )
-
Didn't notice any difference in mine. Relatively new computer (if that makes any difference). The CPU says Aesus. Also Windows 10. Had to look that up.
I have clear skies here. Ahhh I think that is what's troubling your 'Precious'. Unhealthy air quality above 600!!!
Air Quality Index (AQI)
200+ Hazardous Sensitive groups: Avoid all outdoor physical activities.
Everyone: Significantly cut back on outdoor physical activities

Currently -17C. Feels like -29 with the wind chill. Time to stay indoors and hibernate til winter is over.

Photography is a very brain influenced activity. From the decisions you make that go into creating your images, to the emotional response your photos can invoke, great imagery begins and ends in the mind, and it utilizes both left and right brain components.
-
With imagination, anything is possible because imagination itself will create whatever it needs, to realise what has been imagined. For a creative mind, anything is possible.
-
True, I mean there is a strong positive side to it, but in this system, it can go both ways unfortunately. Imagination is like the internet: it's not inherently good or bad, but depends on the user uses it. For me my imagination, has been a source, both, of great comfort as well as great anxiety. It's difficult to shake an anxiety from your mind when you can see and hear an event unfold in your mind, but it's difficult to not have faith when you see and hear a hope unfold in your mind as well.

Amazing!
If you would place a pinhead sized piece of the Sun on the Earth you would die from standing within 145 km (90 miles) from it.

"Interesting, is there a scientific source for this information?" I've heard this time and again in talks over the years, it's written in the Draw Close book & Watchtower, but I don't found any sources listed. I'm fairly sure it's intended a thought experiment, not a real example of the physics involved. I think they mean to imply that if it was able to maintain it's position and energy, to continue undergoing fusion indefinitely, the heat radiating from that point would be able to kill you from such a range.

RVT Remote Audition Team Use of our local Kingdom Hall has been approved by the Branch, we are happy to be supporting this exciting new initiative from the Teaching Committee of the Governing Body to assist the work of video production worldwide.

-
Nothing to do with local streaming etc... the RVT team will be responsible for video production that goes worldwide
How is this going to work and details, I don't know, (this is new infinitive from FDS) but the team will commence work ASAP 7 days a week. Looks like more videos will be produced in the future for our use.
(If you hear my voice and donut crunch sound during IC video presentation mid week meeting, you know who was a culprit! LOL )

Some restrictions are back in Victoria as Covid-19 reemerges.
Gatherings at home went back from 20 to 5 and other restrictions are back . Just announced.

We now have gone from none to five cases in about 2 weeks .. ONLY way to eliminate it from NZ is to close borders with even Australia - the one concerning case is of two sisters from UK who were let out of quarantine early and not even tested - they turned positive ... and allowed to travel among public. I can restrictions being reinstated soon here too - Jacinda wants to be re-elected ... will hurt her chances if there is a continued rise of cases ... that being said ... locking NZ down again may not work well the second time either. Everyone is in trouble - no country is exempt from at least the flow on effects.

A violent man attacked our Cart in the Metropolitan Witnessing
The Cart was kicked hard and verbal harassment followed. Police was notified. He did not appear to be mentally disturbed. Acted like apostate.

The carts provoke (if that is the right word to use) a response - his has been noted by Jehovah. But when stuff like that happens, others are looking on, and it may be that they are moved to listen next time. Who knows? Glad, so glad you were not hurt. But, we do put ourselves out there every time we approach people with the message of the Good News, and we can forget how foul-smelling we must be to those who are perishing 2 Cor 2:15, 16.

We have had a similar incident those on MW were sent a special letter with a picture attached of the perpetrator and specific instructions be peaceable and if necessary just take your leave . We get some very disgusted looks at times but the benifits far out way those negative incidents ....hard to imagine such hatred towards our peaceful brotherhood .
