I just came across this quote. It was referring to becoming successful entrepreneurs. 
But, I love it for us! True, we can’t actively serve Jehovah as much as we’d like, but where is our mind and heart during those, “down” times? And, we have so many wonderful things to think about. And give thanks to Jehovah for.

Another job interview in over an hour.... starting to become suspicious for missing at work. I really hope this one is the one..

I would rather STAND WITH JEHOVAH and be judged by the world - than stand with the world AND BE JUDGED BY JEHOVAH!

Yesterday, Florent, my brother (also a member here), got married. It was great!

I used the "cherish" button for some comments today in the morning and now I see all of them as "angry"  
There was a software problem or I start being amnesiac 

Did my first Public Talk/Symposium  on Sunday (Stand Still and See the Salvation of Jehovah). It went better than I could hope for. 

Job interview in less than two hours....... anybody who can support me with their prayers?

My mother just called wondering if she should open her home to a family coming to Canada from Venezuela. I enthusiastically  said yes  knowing how difficult our spiritual family in Venezuela are having. Another family will be sponsoring them and getting them work.  We don't know who they are or what their names are but like one of our songs says - Although we've never met you, we love you. May we always put our trust in Jehovah and look for his blessing on all things.

I owe thanks to everyone here for your encouragement and counsel. I took the plunge today. Got dunked. Baptized. I'm going to go pass out now.

It just dawned on me, that Crystal and I have been tobacco FREE for 17 years now. We quit on October 7th, 2000 motivated by our study of God's Word.

Urgent prayers needed.
We have our RC scheduled for 18th of August in a rented hall. And just few days ago the officials from the hall decided to cancel on our contract and at the moment we are left with no convention venue. There will be a final meeting tomorrow with the officials from the hall when we will know for sure if we can use the venue. The last few days we had the invitation campaign on hold, because we weren't sure if we will have a convention taking place at that time, but from today on, the branch committee decided to act in faith and we were encouraged to invite the public to the convention, even thought we don't know if we will have a convention at all.
To make things worse, this is the first Romany RC in Macedonia, and romany brother are coming from all over Europe. It will be like mini - special convention. We are expecting about 2000 guests. Many of them have booked a hotel and things like that.
Also, many local brothers have already asked for a work holiday on that specific date, since we were told about it 3-4 months ago.

We have about 12 hours left from the moment I'm posting this, until we know the decision from the hall officials, so please pray specifically that we get approval to use the rented hall for the RC as we we're planning all along.

To say I have had one of the best weekends in my life is an understatement. I love my wife and seeing her get baptised was incredible. Now I can look forward to spending forever with her in paradise.

Thanks to Jehovah the Memorial went well. We were able to meet in the KH Unexpected blessing

A random biker fella felt like attending a meeting 2 weeks ago. He's been to every meeting since. Today he, instead of a pony tail, has a very nice short haircut. He seems quieter, more humble, less aggressive. Still in leathers and riding a Harley (nice Harley) but it seems the meetings are having an impact. I was in the back during prayer, noticed he stood with head down, hands folded, then actually said AMEN at the end. Keep you posted...
