  1. Thank you also. This simple statement makes perfect since to this 70 yr old.
  2. Brother, thank you for the information. With the wording of the tweet being a probable mistake, I would hope the agency would corrected it because it may cause confusion. I guess people don't proofread any more.
  3. So true. This disease is arbitrary. I don't understand why this post from NYC health says if you have had covid or vac you are more likely to get infected. I understand previous covid or vac will not stop me from getting infected but does lesson illness. But don't understand why more likely to become infected? Only Jehovah will end this in his do time! https://twitter.com/nycHealthy/status/1613913360352903171?s=20&t=kFVU47IhKOD3TZrtAuAbgw
  4. I am so sorry you had to endure this. But, thankfully Jehovah provided brothers that you could count on and were there to help.
  5. I think that many more people will respond to the good news as this world continues to deteriorate, while at the same time some will become even more inclined to reject Jehovah's message. Yes, Jehovah is drawing those groping for an answer to this crazy world. He's giving them many avenues to taste and see that he is good.
  6. Ivermectin Mechanisms of Action.... Doctor explained in simpler terms Also has links with studies. Hopes this helps. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GZoBAuR4ajs
  7. Friends, I don't post to often. I even spoke to my husband about posting now because I don't want it to seem like I'm recommending anything. The slave have often advised us to be careful of sharing medical advice and the internet pages we visit. Dear Brother Ashley, this is not the 1st time a court case has been file against a hospital and the judge ordered that the patient be given IVM. Few of the family talks about them on the site. Hopefully you can still fine the tv news reports. I have personally seen the TV news report or read the news paper. IVM won a nobel prize as an essential medicine -for people. Yes, it is also used to deworm animals. If anyone wants to know from reputable site, I think this is one of many. These doctors are emergency and ICU physicians that have and are actually treating patients. Many are professors. Many highly published in their field. I think I have seen the flccc site mentioned somewhere on one of the cov threads here in the past. The page I'll link to is the testimonial page of the flccc.net site. https://covid19criticalcare.com/testimonials/
  8. Thank you for your encouraging beautiful thoughts. They made me smile and appreciate our wonderful God Jehovah.
  9. Thank you for sharing such an eye witness report! My how the scene of this world has changed.
  10. Yes..I pray that us this will be the outcome. I have such love and respect for the GB, and all the "faithful" ones who take the lead in local congregations and worldwide.
  11. To moderators, please if this does not belong here or to much information because of being public post elsewhere or not at all. Not trying to bring criticism to us. Because of this change in the law..... I am sorry to say, I read in the NY Post with a link to Newsweek on Tuesday that 2 (one male & female) people are filing suit on Wednesday (yesterday) against the JW's and the GB. The attorney ask if there are others to come forwarded. I learned of this because an elderly sister in my congregation husband gets the Post delivered to their home. He is not in the truth and of course was upset and questioning her about it. She then called me. I have not checked today to see if the suit was filed. My husband & i had a long conversation about this when we both read the article Tuesday. I'm here with tears in my eyes bc my own experience that started when I was 12. Has nothing to do with the congregation as I did not grow up in truth. But because of my experience I taught my children, (all raised in the truth) if anyone ever approaches you in that manner to tell me. And it must be done continuously. The friends should not be naive about what happens in and out of the truth. I know that it is no ones fault but the evil perpetrators. Funny....i'm 66 and it still hurts.
  12. Thank you for this post. You don't know what it's been like out in service and some of the things the friends have said amongst themselves. That a certain someone even looked like the devil. I just bite my tongue and tried not to say anything one way or the other. I would just tell myself , nope, don't say a word. I'm going to print out these reminders and possibly give it to them individually so as not to embarrass anyone.
  13. IMO it seems that Ms Downey thinks that's what she did....although with a twist.
  14. Well said Miss Bea. For me when the Elder from his hall said that he was a brother in "good standing" that brought joy to my heart bc at least as far as I know (which is nothing more than what I read) he was trying. Aren't we all trying. Jehovah is a wonderful god, father and judge.
  15. The 1st one completed with this design is in NJ. I must admit that as it was beiing built I said to myself that it "looks like a warehouse." As was stated above wait until the grounds are completed. The completion of the NJ KH..... the KH is absolutely beautiful. Everyone loves it!
  16. Luezette, I felt the joy as if I was riding along with you to the assembly. How wonderful our God Jehovah is!
  17. Thank you very much. She is such an encouragement. I say is because in Jehovah's memory she is alive. Her words of encouragement lives.
  18. The kH in New Jersey is beautiful as I'm sure they all are. At first I thought it looked like a warehouse. But once the parking lot and the landscaping was completed... it looks beautiful! Some of my family will be attending that hall. I do plan to on going to the open house.
  19. I actually have a Bible study who used to attend a baptized church. She was in a very bad car accident. 6 to 7 months of rehab or more of rehab. She never received a visit from anyone while in hospital, nor at rehab. Not even a phone call. But one day she received a letter from the church telling her that she would be removed from the church roles if she did not catch up on her tithes. She said that she never responded to them. I met her in the house to house work. She has attended one meeting. She wants to come to the convention. She would have to travel about 25 minute train ride. Also, I don't know if she can sit all day. She still experience pain. She will never be completely well until NS. But I hope that maybe she can make it for a few half days. I had no idea some churches treated their members like that!
  20. My son's congregation is one getting the new LDC design KH in North Jersey. As you said all of the outside work is being done first. Funny, but he told me last fall when they started clearing the land they were the 1st ones in US to build the new design and that the LDC workers were already in their apartment in the area. They are building the mediun size hall. But now I have burst his bubble and tell him ... nope .... they are not the first ones. Isn't it wonderful to be apart of such an organization where our brothers and sisters enjoying working so hard for Jehovah! Thank you Bro Darin.
  21. I to have enjoyed her blog and encouraging posts related to our brothers in Africia. How do I contact her via email to request an invitation to continue to enjoy her blog? She is such a great writer. I also am not on instagram. I see you are in North Jersey. I'm in South Jersey.
  22. I was in Australia for the IC. And we were told the same story. We serve an awe-inspiring God! If Jehovah wants it done... it's accomplished! Amen. Amen.
  23. Hope everyone is enjoying the special campaign. My husband and I got to show the video, "Why Study The Bible," 3 times yesterday. One man's little kids were looking through the screen door. He told them to come out and watch also. None today. Everyone in a hurry. But what a joy!. I was thinking when we make a return visit we can show them "What Happens On A Bible Study?"
