  1. A couple bought a talking parrot from a pet shop. A week later they wanted to return the parrot. The pet shop owner asked them why. They said because every Thursday evening and Sunday morning it shouts " meeting time" and before every meal it shouts "say thanks for the food". The owner told them that the parrot was previously owned by a Jehovah's Witness couple and they should go home and next time he says something like that they should shake his cage real hard. The couple decided to talk his advice. The next time the parrot said "meeting time" the couple shook his cage. The parrot shouted "Armageddon, Armageddon".
  2. It's on the jw.org site - publications - Kingdom Ministry. I downloaded the EPUB on 11/12/2014.
  3. Yes, Glen. I usually check other and write in human race.
  4. We have 4 congregations at our hall. Three English & one Korean. The congregation I go to currently meets at 3:30 PM but will go to 9:30 AM the first Sunday in January.
  5. Click on Bible and see if there is a cloud at the top. If so, the Bible needs to be downloaded. Just click on the cloud - download takes a while. I had the same problem with the Bible and the Daily Text after the last update.
  6. After the update I' m having the same problem with the songbook & the Appendex B in the Bible. Also, Appendix a - nothing comes up after A5. As far as the songbook goes, several years ago I was able to get the songbook in PDF format with links (looks almost like the one on JW Library app). I uploaded it to my Acrobat storage then downloaded it to documents. Works fine.
  7. You can find more on this under FAQ on Equipd. I receive notification of that there are updates and when I check Equipd the cloud is there.

Circuit Assembly Notebook for "Seek Peace and Pursue It"
  9. Thank you. I will hopefully learn how to move aroung this site. I enjoy reading what others are posting and the many discussions.
  10. Version PDF

    957 downloads

Notebook for the "Keep Seeking Jehovah's Righteousness" circuit assembly.
  11. I'm fairly new to this site & have read your membership policy but don't know how to do this if it's even allowed. I stumbled onto this site by a happy mistake. I thought I had read where someone had posted a notebook for the convention but can't find it so not sure. I've already been to an international convention so I don't need a notebook for that. I have prepared a notebook for the CA (first one), as I've done for years for the assemblies and conventions, and was wondering if posting it here is allowed and if so under what topic?
  12. My iPad is the only thing I take to the meetings. I scan the KM, post it to my acrobat files then download it to my tablet. With that, the Equipd program & JW Library, I have everything I need. The printing in the small Bible is to small for me & the large print is too heavy.
  13. I have the Equipd on my iPad also and use it at all the meetings. My iPad is all I take to the meegtings. Although Equipd has the Bible and Songbook, I prefer the Bible and Songbook on the JWLibrary app. On Equipd, if you scroll down under the daily text you get the information for the school (based on that Monday's schedule) with links to the information covered. It also has the Watchtower with a link. These features come in handy at the meetings. I love this app.
