You can get an app called repeater book and it will list all the repeaters in whatever radius you choose, the frequency, the offset and the tone. Once you have all those parameters programmed in your radio, you can talk on that repeater. I average 55-60 hours per week. By trade I'm a crane operator. ( The big tall ones you see on a sky scraper ) I'm going to ask to be used as a relief operator after this job I'm on is complete. When you are assigned your own crane you are in that crane sometimes 18 hours a day.
