  1. On sick leave today. Stress level is causing anxiety, panic attacks, chronic congestion of my left chest, pain in my ilioinguinalis. Going to apply for some jobs with reduced hours..

Thanks, I get a lot of advice on how to deal with the stress or adapt my thinking lately. But the core of the problem is and remains a far too intense workload in an understaffed department.

Overwhelmed. I know what you are talking about. Sort of. Before I retired, if Work was a stress, them, coming home was a stress, it was really bad. Really bad. It’s like two out of three of the major components of our life is going south.

As bad as it can be, what would we do without Jehovah?

Sorry, Brother Ruben, I seem to have forgotten what the core  trigger of your health distress is coming from. I will not try to minimize the effects that our work-life has on our day-to-day functioning. I had complete health breakdowns twice and had to crawl back. I do hope you find a job that can bail you out financially, but not wear you out physically.  Sometimes I wonder what my life would be like had I not found Jehovah decades ago. I'm glad you are on Jehovah's team. The other side is a hopeless mess.
