  1. I had not heard of these before this thread. Bought some and have used them a few times now and I won't go back to liquid or powder. Thanks everyone!!
  2. I have been making notes for the videos in the Enjoy Life book by highlighting an associated question or description, making note of points brought out and putting them in the study notes. Great memory aid!
  3. When you hover your digital pen between the text and study pane a scroll bar will appear (otherwise it will show to the right if not using the study pane). You can then use the scroll bar without any text being highlighted.
  4. When you hover your pen between the text and study pane a scroll bar will show (otherwise it will show to the right if no study pane)
  5. The message doesn't change until the 1st of the month. Today it will ask you to submit February.
  6. Our congregation is now fully using it as well as several other congregations in the area. We were using KHS previously.

  8. Yes. What is called 'breakthrough' cases are happening - supposedly not as severe. We have had several in our congregation.

  10. You could ‘copy’ your selection and paste it as a note attached to the ‘Gems’ part. That works for me.

  12. Did anyone make a screen capture of the map with the locations of the pilot meetings?
  13. Interestingly both my husband and I were very sick the whole month of Jan 2020. Missed a lot of meetings and between that and snow storms were getting way behind pioneering. Was really looking forward to the Memorial invitation campaign with nice weather and good support...well things changed. But we often wonder what made us so sick.
  14. I should add - tap on a tag to see the 'pencil'.
  15. If you are in the personal study page (gem icon) you can add an emoji by tapping the pencil on the top right and choose 'rename', then add an emoji with the name.

  17. We know we lost over 19,000 JW's to the virus but do we having info on severe reactions or deaths from vaccine amongst JW's?
  18. When I posted that Bethel is a closed environment I was referring to currently. That was not the case when this pandemic began. Bethels were buzzing with activities - tours, visitors, ones coming and going from assignments, temporary workers coming in, Bethelites attending their respective congregation meetings and field service activities and more. Just like the rest of us. The decision to go into lockdown came just before congregation elders decided to cancel meetings and field service. Then the governments (New York became a hot spot) started putting up restrictions like limiting gathering in person to 10 people or less. Then the Governing Body made universal decisions for the worldwide brotherhood. The lockdown has hopefully kept the Bethel families, as well as other special full-time servants, safe. Lifting of government restrictions, especially for the vaccinated, is what is allowing them to meet in larger groups.
