    well on sunday I was walking and fell right on my shoulder now both my neck and shoulder are stiff and hurt

      Yes!! That is wonderful advice Loopy!!.  Frozen shoulder is horrid pain - my injury was 20 years ago and I still suffer from the effects!  To a good recovery Bobby!
