I liked the talk Anthony Morris gave in the 2016 Regional and he quoted Jesus at Matthew 6:25, "Stop being anxious about..." and then interrupted himself to say: "Just stop it!"

Of course, you cannot do that right now, but that is the answer. "Just stop it." Read through those verses. Search out other info on anxiety - after all, Brother Morris would not have given the talk were the problem not huge among the friends. Don't beat yourself up if it doesn't seem to 'sink in.' Probably it won't, perhaps for a long time. Just gently work on trying to get the sense of it. Maybe some things will have to resolve first. Just make it part of your daily nourishment, talk it over with whoever you feel comfortable with to the extent you like, and see what happens. Nothing has overtaken you that is not common to humankind.

I've experienced that a few times. Sometimes, I  just repeat the same phrase like "please help me! Please help me! Please help me......!" Or "please help me with x" until I have my thoughts together well enough to articulate myself better.

I always think of that scripture at Romans 8:26, where it says the spirit pleads for us with "unuttered groanings". I hope things can get better soon and will strive to remember you in prayer.
