Don't be surprised if it happens again. I posted about this a few months ago. Followed steps given, resolved issue and a couple weeks later it started doing it again. I have an open with button in my file manager but goes straight to try he library when I click. Found out last night another sister with a Samsung device is having the same exact issue. Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk

Yup that's how it used to work. [emoji23] Now I have to go to my PDF app... Find the file through that and open. But if I go direct to the file in my file manager it tries to use JW library [emoji2368] Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk

There were no settings in the jwlibrary to clear or adjust relating to PDF at all. It's so strange. Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk

Did exact steps twice. Still trying to open in Library. Did a restart and tried again. Still trying to open in Library. I went into jwlibrary in settings to see if there were any settings stores there that needed to be reset or removed and there are not. I'm really at a loss. Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk

I am not asking it to open the files it does it when I click to open the PDF. The file I am trying to open, for example, is my son's calendar. Generally it would open in Google drive or OneDrive or my PDF reader app but it automatically tries to open in JW Library and gives me that error. So I figured it would try using "open with" and choose my PDF app..but as soon as I hit open with it get the same error it automatically tries to open in JW library. Hi all. Hoping for an answer here. This happened before and I couldn't figure out why so I deleted the whole library app on my mobile device and reinstalled the. Had to redownload all books etc. Whenever I download any PDF and try to open it gives me the error pictured. I have tried to use the menu and click "open with" but as soon as I do that I get the same error. I have two apps that can open pdf's so it is not a lack of a PDF app. I would appreciate any help so I do not have to drive to town to get data to redownload all my publications. Good Morning We are traveling to FL this weekend. My mother in law has shown interest in attending a meeting so we are driving down to take her. Here is my issue..for several months two sisters from there have been calling on her and studying. My mother in law is in her 80's and cannot remember their names. I thought this would be easy as I know they would come out of the Altoona congregation. Well that Congregation has grown and now has two meetings. I have called the hall twice..first time a brother took my number and promised a call back. Didn't happen. Today an elderly brother answered..I explained the situation..he said well huh...alot and finally said well I don't know what to tell you and told me to have a good day. Anyone on here have contacts in that congregation or know someone who might. I'd like to take her to the meeting where the sisters she knows are at... Thanks in advance if you can help. I think this would be helpful because when I pick up my phone I tend to get "lost". A brother in our hall is having the same issue. He is helping another brother left and right, my husband also helps. All they get is complaining. They should have done it this way or that way. I liked the talk Anthony Morris gave in the 2016 Regional and he quoted Jesus at Matthew 6:25, "Stop being anxious about..." and then interrupted himself to say: "Just stop it!"
Of course, you cannot do that right now, but that is the answer. "Just stop it." Read through those verses. Search out other info on anxiety - after all, Brother Morris would not have given the talk were the problem not huge among the friends. Don't beat yourself up if it doesn't seem to 'sink in.' Probably it won't, perhaps for a long time. Just gently work on trying to get the sense of it. Maybe some things will have to resolve first. Just make it part of your daily nourishment, talk it over with whoever you feel comfortable with to the extent you like, and see what happens. Nothing has overtaken you that is not common to humankind.

I've experienced that a few times. Sometimes, I just repeat the same phrase like "please help me! Please help me! Please help me......!" Or "please help me with x" until I have my thoughts together well enough to articulate myself better.
I always think of that scripture at Romans 8:26, where it says the spirit pleads for us with "unuttered groanings". I hope things can get better soon and will strive to remember you in prayer.

My husband is a hunter and my dad was an avid hunter and landowner. My dad didn't let anyone he didn't know well use his property. (Family and very dear friends only and he even restricted some family lol) He had several concerns... If the person was hurt on his land them trying to sue him and the second concern was them going in and planting things that shouldn't be there. He was in his 70's he owned over 80 acres and there would be no way for him to know. Law enforcement often will do flyovers large wooded areas to check for "crops".
