Lightening and thunder fascinate me........scares me too.  LOL.  

Greetings Stargazer,

  Like numerous other people around the world, I love to look up into the heavens, created by our majestic God Jehovah. From the time I was a child, I use to look up into the night sky to observe the wonders of creation. As a young kid then, I was unable to fully appreciate the grandeur of the heavens. I was mystified by the cosmos. As I became older, my knowledge and appreciation of the physical heavens grew exponentially.

  It is sad that many people choose to believe that mindless chance could, from empty nothing, create innumerable stars, planets, and galaxies. The very notion that evolution, blind chance, and natural selection are an affront to Jehovah and his son Christ Jesus. Of course, Satan is all too pleased with this notion.

  Yet, the universe will forever be a source of scientific study. At present, astronomers estimate that there are at least 100 to 200 billion galaxies in the observable universe. (https://www.space.com/25303-how-many-galaxies-are-in-the-universe.html)

  Beyond the observable universe, that number may well run into the trillions. Even science fiction authors have a difficult time with this figure. I suspect that studying, possible exploring, each of these galaxies will take, at a leisurely pace, billions of years. Peace.
