Doing some self reflection. Some things to work on I think. I'm sometimes stubborn, perhaps slightly arrogant? I'm a passionate person, but sometimes it can transform into something else. I'd never thought I'd ever say that I feel I need to work on humility. I'v always felt I had good handle on keeping myself in check. For all my gifts,I can't help but feel like I'm developing a slight superiority complex. Last thing I want to become is one of those intellectuals who view themselves a better than other people and are obsessed with the lime light. It's very recent this feeling. I don't know where it's come from. I'v always had a playful sense of self dignity, but not to the extent of it bordering of pride. Perhaps it's a stage of development in my young adulthood. Or maybe it's just stress?  If so I really need to mould myself as I go to make sure I don't develop or feed negative traits. I don't want to transform into some anti-social intellectual snob. 

After not working on it for two years, I woke today with the sudden overwhelming urge and excitement to continue working on my own book I'd eventually like to get published. Lol.

So, I've been thinking of doing a sort of 'dopamine detox'. I obviously can't stay off the internet entirely, because I have my daily zoom meeting with my love, and stuff I need to look up for programming stuff, but I might just try limiting myself to those things for a week, and it might actually help me focus better.
