I verified that they are on the right sharing server and they are. They territory servant is still not seeing any publishers, so he cant assign any territories.

Brothers, has anyone else had problems with NWS after the last update to 7.3? For instance, I have given access to 2 other brothers, one our new service overseer and the other our new territory servant. After giving them both the proper user access, they joined NWS using the congregation sharing but no publishers are showing for them. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? Before I would give user access and never had a problem.

Also the new update says you can now submit meeting attendance from your device, but for some reason this new option is not syncing to phone/tablet with the option to submit? May need a bug fix update.

I know you can do this with many devices, I was just pointing out that a bigger screen makes it easier to see both at the same time.

I love my iPad Pro 12.9 for meetings, note taking with Apple Pencil and for giving talks, the bigger screen makes split screen doable.

We used Territory Helper too and then moved to using NWS for our territories so that we would be using the same program for everything. As far as reports go, yes you can send the CO all the reports like the S-13 that you do on Territory Helper.

I have had this same thing happen.

Apparently even a lot of C.O.’s use it, our CO even said we could send him the congregation records via JWS and KHS . If some CO’s are ok using it for their visits it would probably be safe to assume the branch is aware of it also and would send out correspondence letting us know not to use it if they felt it wasn’t secure?
