Exactly. I would say most of the statistics, especially in the early days, where one reportedly "died from refusal of blood transfusion," were simply because they received no treatment at all. Doctors refused to do anything, and even went as far as refusing to allow the patient go to another hospital that would operate. I find it very unfair and dishonest for medical professionals and the media to make such claims when it cannot be stated with absolute certainty. It was used as a copout and a way to place the blame on Jehovah's people, just like you said. Thankfully, this scenario is less common today as the medical profession is more educated on these matters. But, still, even today most people still believe blood is "life-saving." I know of a faithful witness couple in our circuit who had to "abduct" their own child from a hospital that refused to provide treatment to take him to another one. As is usually the case, the hospital had the police get involved. This happened decades ago and the incident still leaves chills when the story is told.

I wouldn’t know exactly what our brothers are using, but there are a number of small router boards available that run Open Source Software, like openwrt, that offer the ability to stream or access data off a USB drive. Many are like development boards designed with prototyping in mind. Programming them is not for the faint of heart. Well, it’s not called Awake! for nothing! Jehovah’s people, and in particular, the Faithful and Discreet Slave, have kept awake to the significance of the times. Leave it to the spirit-directed slave to extract timely information that a comes off like a prediction, only because they understand and appreciate Bible prophecy and their role as watchmen, feeding God’s humble sheep and keeping them alert.

I was able to download the 33 .ts files (1MB each; 5-6 second pieces) that make up this video. Haven’t had success in combining them, however. They’re the same type of files used in DVDs, but much smaller. The only issues I see with combining them, is the audio slowly going out of sync. They don’t seem to have many markers to keep them in sync as one file. I can make them available, if someone else wants to work with them. It may be more practical to just do a screen recording of the video.
