Hey! Good to see another fellow Midlander on here! I grew up in Notts. After reading some of your posts, I try and do stuff with a sense of humour too. That takes the edge off most awkward situations.

So what did you think to "The Last Jedi" (or 'The Last Jedis', yes plural in Spanish)?
I thought it had a feel of the original trilogy, much like "Rogue One", although without all the original unused footage from the 70s like they did in Rogue One.

I can hear my second daughter's heart just by putting my head on my wife's belly... popompopompopom... In a few days, she will be out ^^

Y'all might have seen it already, but while studying my Pioneer book, and looking up a scripture, I found the program for the 2017-2018 Circuit Assemblies, for both the Circuit Overseer and the Branch Representative. 
Talk about being excited! 
Now I gotta control myself and get back to my book!!!

With that in mind, I've changed my profile photo to my favourite Doctor (Nº 5), played by Peter Davison (whose son-in-law David Tennant played the 10th Doctor for you fellow nerds out there). Seeing as I love the 80s and have a healthy respect for cricket (as my granddad was a semi-pro), I thought it was an appropriate change!

My good pal John calls me Grumpy Chris so your hubby sounds like a man after my own heart ha ha Does Victor Meldrew ring any bells for you? He's a character from a BBC comedy series called "One Foot In The Grave". My hero!

Bestbuy had a Memorial Day 4 day sale, with today being the last day. I didn't know until yesterday after I got home from the mtg/service and checked my email. So I went thinking I can catch a SONY digital voice recorder, marked down from $79.99 to $59.99. Ha! Too late! Though they had a couple of recorders, it wasn't SONY. So I ordered it, no problem but according to my salesperson, it won't arrive until Saturday. That's fine except I wanted it for my Regional this weekend. Oh well. I guess one day of recording is better than nothing. At least I'll have it for the future. I'm getting tired of taking notes because I very hardly read them afterwards.
