Hello everyone, I'm new to this community and so I'm not sure this is the right forum to bring this up. I'm responsible for the hybrid meetings coordination (media, audio, zoom, etc.) and so I have a keen interest to make each meeting go smooth with as little interruptions as possible. Occasionally it occurs that when we share video over zoom, the JW library app drops connection with the second screen, which is connected to our TV monitors in the hall. When that happens to only remedy is to restart the JW library app. I haven't figured out yet how this can happen. Is this a known bug or feature in JW library app? Is it due to memory limitations of the sharing PC (which in our case is a laptop with 8GB of memory)? Could it be related to a bad internet connection of the zoom host? I'm looking for advice on how I can best prevent this from happening. Thanks so much for your help. Your brother, --Paul -
Can anyone help? This week, JW Library will not stay open on my Windows 11 PC. It just keeps crashing. I deleted and reinstalled, but it still keeps happening. Anyone know what could be wrong please? -
I'm trying to change WTLibrary to dark mode but after trying all the suggestions I found, it isn't working. Some of the options I'm told to look for, such as General>Settings>Accessibility aren't there. I am using Chrome..thx -
HI. This is a help request. I am trying to create a backup for my Personal Study notes on my Samsung tablet. I want to email to my other devices. Problem is, it keeps creating a back for the German sign language app?? This will not install anyway. I can't find any way to deal with this Can any one help?

I don't have much storage memory right now and really, I am not sure if my downloads go to my phone or are still in the cloud. I think they do download to my phone. (Getting 64G of added storage memory next week.) I just started using JW Library two weeks ago as I just couldn't understand how it worked and then started "messing around" with it. I got through a lot with trial and error. My question is TAGS and my personal study with NOTES accessed with the spiritual gems icon. Can you delete a downloaded article you have Notes and Tags on without losing the Notes and Tags? For instance, if I have a new Note and it is the only one associated with a Tag and I deleted the article, I assume that the Tag and Note would remain. I hope this question makes sense. Also, I think T-Mobiel has cloud storage but I will double check with them on this. I will try to upload what I can to the cloud. If someone wants to explain this to me a little further, that would be great. Don't know what can be uploaded. Studied articles, just backing up my phone and its contents in general? Hi. I have a frustrating problem which I have not been able to get an answer to. I have installed the JW LIbrary app on a friend's tablet, but the app lacks functionality, but worse, cannot access all publications. Has anyone else had/solved this issue? Details are: Tablet: Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 OS: Android OS version: 4.4.2 Problem: After downloading and installing the app, there is no meeting menu option. Also there is no facility to download latest publications. For example: Watchtowers: Nothing after Public Edition no 4 or Study Edition Feb 2016 Awake: Nothing after no 1 Meeting Workbooks: Nothing after April 2016 Many other publications are missing from the various sections, although videos appear to be unaffected. Can anyone advise please?
