Hi everyone, I've noticed that the JW library app on Windows 10 is not conforming default windows behavior. When the JW library app main window is covered by another application (e.g. zoom) and you want to bring it to the top, clicking the part of the window that is visible may actually trigger the display of a video or image when you were accidentally clicking on a thumbnail area of one of the media files. I don't think this is correct behavior. Clicking on a window that is partly hidden by another application window should not activate a control on the application. It should just bring the application window to the top after which you can start using the controls. So, please, JW library app developers, if you read this, change this behavior to conform with standard windows behavior. Brotherly love, --Paul -
How do I get JW Lib App Data from the MicroSD Card onto the new smartphone? SD Cards cannot be transferred to another device unless it is formatted; I assume this means the data will be lost. i.e., my notes/gems. Does anyone know a workaround? Warning: I'm mot tech-savvy. If you have seen another post by me in reference to using my external memory as internal storage...I give up. sd card: I giVe uP.

In JW Library, is there a way to stream original songs continuously? Would I need to download each song to do this and if so, once downloaded, how would I continuous play? If continuous play is possible whether streaming or from downloads, is there a shuffle option? JW Library APP Original Songs Android

Very new to JW Library and was surprised that when I click a link and the scripture or WT appears, I can't highlight anything. Is there something I can do to make a highlight or note in this opened pane?

I was just gifted an iphone 7 plus. I cant find the magazines or figure out how to download them. Any help would be appreciated... -
I have an iPad question I hope you can help me with. I wiped out my tablet yesterday and restored it from iCloud. All is good except JW Library only partially uploaded. I realize I have to re download all my publications etc but there are only a few available, 10% of library. I uninstalled app and reinstalled, same thing. Only four books, a few brochures, no meeting workbooks or convention release options. It says “No new publications available at this time”. Any idea how I can fix it?
