Young green coconuts are so delicious, the finest quality, if you can find them in your area. Usually the large Asian markets have the best variety.

No comparison to the mature brown coconuts, or canned coco water.

And a natural laxative to boot, oom-oom- good.

 I am not sying I am Superman, I am only saying that nobody has ever seen Superman  and me in a room together.

The skin of the green coconut is soaked in water and used in meals, it tastes a little like bamboo shoots. high fibre.
