I too love my coffee. It's good to see it is helping me life longer   :wave:

The lighter roast typically has more caffeine because less of the oils are burned off. That's why breakfast blends are a light roast and after dinner coffee is a dark roast.

I believe report said moderate - 3 cups - decaf included. Regular coffee curls my hair then it falls out. :oops:. I used to tease a brother-'He drank so much coffee it curled his son's hair':dance:

For those that drink 4 cups or more regular coffee, your life expectancy ( and those around you ) can drop dramatically.

Road rage:censored: , disgruntled employee/mate/child, :gun-toot: etc.

Consciousness, that annoying time between naps! :sleeping:

Yes I agree. Next they're gonna return to the old myth that "more than" 2 cups per day will kill you! Lol
