They generally cut the time for the meeting video (available to elders under Documents/ Event Media).

I got caught like that a couple weeks ago. Also a 9.30 video in a 10 min part with questions. I thought that I wouldnt ask the questions even. On the platform, watching the video and I suddenly realised that it was much shorter than 9mins!!!. I had about 4 mins to do the questions still!!!  An the same about 2 weeks ago.

The full length video is in JWL Meeting Media section ,  so the congregations that use JWL will only have the full video available to show.
