Recipes Needed

I need a good recipe for deep fried fish. I'd like to use beer in the wet batter. I'd like to use both wet and dry breading.

 

I also need a good bacon cheddar biscuit recipe, similar to Red Lobster biscuits.

 

I know I can look some up on Pinterest, I have,  but if you folks have one that's time tested I'd like to start there.

Fried fish sounds great, enjoy no matter how you have to cook it.

Cheddar bay biscuit knockoff : 25 minutes

Ingredients

Vegetarian

∙ Serves 12

Produce

• 1 Garlic clove
• 1/2 tsp Garlic powder

Baking & Spices

• 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
• 1 3/4 cup Flour
• 1/2 tsp Italian herb seasoning
• 3/4 tsp Salt

Dairy

• 7 tbsp Butter
• 1 cup Cheddar cheese
• 1 cup Milk

   

  My mom makes one similar to these and they are delish!
