KHConf - Answering Service Feature

Our Kingdom Hall has used KHConf for years.  In addition to the phone tie-in, it has an answering service feature.  This also works great for people calling in to the Kingdom Hall, giving them meeting times, location, etc.  They can even leave a message and it goes to my cell phone to be received promptly.  My question to any one who is familiar with this feature:  I cannot remember how to add the prompt for the Memorial date and time.  I did it last year, but defeated it after the Memorial.  I have added the option and recording to ‘press 4 for the Memorial date/time’, but I cannot recall (or find on the help pdf) how to add the actual prompt itself … the actual details the caller will hear when they ‘push 4’.  I hope makes sense.
