The study bible on ipad and iphone

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

A while back a brother told me that if you're using your ipad for notes (personal study, underline/highlight) and you want to access that information on your iphone, you can. Does anyone know how to do this? Wouldn't there have to be some sort of login info? Thanks in advance!

Can I back up my personal data?

Yes. You can save your notes, tags, highlights, favorites, and bookmarks to a backup file. This file can be restored on the same device or a different device.

Can I synchronize my personal data across my devices?

No. At this time, your notes, tags, highlights, favorites and bookmarks cannot be synchronized across devices.

So, if you backup your data and restore it on your other device, that is the current way to "sync" them. There isn't a built in feature to do that yet.

AppChasers is a site run by friends and has some good tutorial videos relating to iPad / iPhone and JW-Library app. Check here for a video on 'How to Use the JW Library App Part 5: Notes and Backup'

It's where I learned how to backup my iPad notes, highlights, and favorites to the cloud then restore to my iPhone.
