Video skips in JW Library

Hi, taking advantage of this post, I am having a problem playing videos in jw library windows10. After downloading the video and clicking on it. Instead of playing, a window appears in black with 'streaming: title of the video'. but nothing starts. Before it worked fine. I do not know if there is any option that I have touched without wanting. I have searched for this problem in countless sites and I can not find a solution. I need some help. Thanks.

Do other videos, from other sources play fine? It could be a problem of codecs not being present or not configured correctly

yes, i can play videos without problems. i have vlc player. If i search the downloaded video in the jw folder, outside the app i can open it and works well. I tried installing these codecs and still the same. I reinstalled the app, deleted cache...

This is what I get when click a Video. Even if i play start button nothing happens. If you see the title, appears ' Streaming'. I dont know why
