Video intercom system recommendations

I'm looking into a video intercom system for the hall when the door is locked during meetings. Can anyone recommend a good one?

Have you considered the Ring Doorbell

 

You do not have to wire it to a mechanical bell/ringer - you can have it just alert the phone/tablet/device you have the app on.

Thanks, We are trying not to have to use an app or phone to access it, which is why we are looking for a system with a monitor.

You can try one of the bargain security systems from Sam's Club or Harbor Freight or look online
