I suffer with tinnitus and sometimes it is really annoying. Other times I hardly notice it.  I think if I am consciously listening to something, the tinnitus seems less.

Watching a great tit getting peanut from my bird feeder and giving some to its two chicks.  The chicks are fully fledged and can fly, but they wait on the fence for mum to bring food, and she puts it in their beaks.  Very sweet.
