  2. It infuriates me to see news like these where Putin is willing to take the Taliban OUT of the extremist list for political reasons and instead leaving there JWs https://www.wionews.com/world/russia-may-remove-taliban-from-list-of-extremist-groups-putin-423104?fbclid=IwAR309_Mx_PiiVhX6gAZwLagXEHsE8ZSHAAj-4vlu-2_h__jtCVqEDJnlHqw
  3. I Like to think that these articles, true pearls, are a sort of replacing of the previous magazines for the public. We can adress people´s attention to these at jw.org instead of a specific magazine. Easier to read and right to the point.
  4. I was happy for the reminder of GB still be with us AFTER Gog´s attack! They will stay with us untill the attack. Ez. 38:16 ( Israel = spiritual annointed ones) They will go to Heaven after the attack , before armagedom. It gives us a peace of mind. But when they are gone... will we still obey? Our salvation depends on the obedience I loved so much this talk! Thank you Jehovah! ❤️
  5. I would like to see the KOTN and KOTS colors Bordeaux and navy green plus yellow tie again 🤔🤗

  7. Hey! Can we expect another morning worship tomorrow?
  8. This was followed after this on oct-21: https://www.aa.com.tr/en/world/moscow-format-meeting-on-afghanistan-adopts-joint-statement/2398172# Above all, the Moscow format members -- Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Iran, Pakistan, China, Turkmenistan, India, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan -- vowed to respect the sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of Afghanistan, the statement said. The Moscow format welcomed the Taliban’s “reaffirmed commitment” to prevent the use of Afghan territory against other states and expressed readiness to provide assistance in fighting terrorist groups residing in Afghanistan, emphasizing that their activities remain a matter of concern for the member countries. To address this problem, the sides proposed to convene “a broad-based international donor conference” under the auspices of the United Nations as soon as possible “The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan [the Taliban’s name for the republic] appreciates and welcomes this initiative of the Russian side,” he said. In turn, Abdul Salam Hanafi, acting as a second deputy prime minister in the Taliban government, said the new government of Afghanistan is doing everything to ensure the security of the country and its citizens. “No one is persecuted on the basis of ethnic, religious, linguistic, gender, or other differences,” he said. Hanafi urged to officially recognize the new Afghan authorities, warning that “if the new government is not recognized, if it is not supported, the groups that threaten the security of Afghanistan will only strengthen their influence.”
  9. Following: https://www.scmp.com/week-asia/politics/article/3153358/american-factor-drives-russia-and-china-together-central-asia The Collective Security Treaty Organisation, a Moscow-led security alliance consisting of several former Soviet republics, has held military drills near Tajikistan’s border with Afghanistan Russia and China have ‘every incentive’ to work together on keeping the US out of the region, analysts say This comes after this: https://saudigazette.com.sa/article/612488 quoting: "We are calling upon the Taliban movement to strictly follow the policy of preventing the territory of Afghanistan from being used against the interests of any third counties, first and foremost, Afghanistan’s near neighbors — the Central Asian states. Our friends and allies. For our part we plan to use our own capabilities, including those in the United Nations, the SCO, the CSTO, and other multilateral organizations," he said.
  10. Another from above: https://chauthiduniya.com/russia-cant-address-militant-jihadi-problem-from-afghanistan-without-launching-alliance-with-teeth-against-religious-terrorism-excesses/ Pakistan controls Afganistan for ages. So they have a great deal to say. And so they did... The role of China and India (having 2.8 billion people) will be crucial for the success of AARTE (Alliance Against Religious Terrorism & Excesses). India (constitutionally secular but de-facto communal though mildly) will be hardest nut to crack in this mission due to communal Hindutva forces presently enjoying political power. At the same time Pakistan (where communalism and Islamic radicalization has been rampant and where PM Imran’s utterances and policies encourage militant Jihadis, may be unintentionally ) and Bangladesh (where recently Hindus have been killed and harassed by communal forces) and Iran (which is known for its encouragement of Shia militants) will have to be carefully, intelligently and diplomatically handled by Russia in the interest of making this mission a success. This AARTE should have a mechanism with teeth to fight religious terrorism & excesses in Afghanistan and in the member countries of AARTE (i)- By establishing “Commission for Eliminating Religious Terrorism & Excesses” (CERTE) having its branches in AARTE member countries (ii)- The CERTE should file complaint at the human rights commission of the erring member country which will take up the matter with administration / police / judiciary of the erring country for the redressal (iii)- In case the erring country doesn’t address such complaint then the AARTE should intervene militarily to set the things right. (5)- Decision should be taken in the AARTE on the basis of a formula for voting rights of its members based on their contribution of men (civilian and military), money and material (civilian as well as military) and the record of member country about fighting religious terrorism & excesses. (6)- Russia should realize that China has become economically and militarily powerful but it is not trying to be the leader of the world (even of a considerable part of the world). Though Russia (rather USSR) failed mainly due to two reasons [namely mistake of adopting exclusive state-capital instead of joint-capital and not deploying (like private-capital) the State-capital profitably in competition] still Russia tried to provide world-leadership through socialism. Hence Russia has the genes of world leadership in its DNA. Therefore Russia should give-up USSR-failure-demoralization rather should provide the leadership of the AARTE.* (7)- Russia should know that non-resolution of some chronic & gory problems have contributed to considerable extent in Jihadi terrorism all across the world (including 9/11, 26/11. Terrorism in Kashmir etc). Hence Russia should try to get these and other following problems solved (through the UN or otherwise) :- ii)- Plebiscite should be in united J&K (as mandated by IoA of J&K to India and also by UN resolution) and in Balochistan (who’s IoA was taken by Pakistan under military pressure) after making both these territories free from outsiders. ***************************************************************************************************** Russia, which fought its own disastrous war in the country from 1979 to 1989, is trying to lead diplomatic efforts to avoid instability in the wider region that could damage its interests. Putin has warned of the possibility of “Islamist extremists” infiltrating the former Soviet republics of Central Asia, which Moscow views as a defensive buffer. The concerns have intensified after a series of attacks by the Afghan affiliate of ISIL (ISIS) – dubbed Islamic State in Khorasan Province, ISKP (ISIS-K) after an ancient name for the region – on mosques and other targets that have killed hundreds of people. 11. Russia can’t address militant Jihadi problem from Afghanistan, without launching alliance (with teeth) against religious terrorism & excesses. Russia should immediately launch a military alliance with teeth (like NATO) of countries from Central Asia, South Asia, China and others who are concerned about militant-Jihadi emanating from Afghanistan may be with name “Alliance Against Religious Terrorism & Excesses” (AARTE). This AARTE should have a mechanism with teeth to fight religious terrorism & excesses in Afghanistan and in the member countries of AARTE (i)- By establishing “Commission for Eliminating Religious Terrorism & Excesses” (CERTE) having its branches in AARTE member countries Source:http://www.pakistanchristianpost.com/opinion-details/3912

  15. This is worrisome when we know about the infamous raids upon JWs homes. https://www.reuters.com/world/europe/russian-covid-deaths-hit-4th-straight-record-week-before-new-curbs-2021-10-22/ Moscow has ordered unvaccinated over-60s to stay at home for four months from Monday, and from next Thursday will reimpose the strictest lockdown measures since June last year, with only essential shops like pharmacies and supermarkets allowed to remain open. https://www.reuters.com/world/europe/moscow-reintroduce-lockdown-measures-covid-19-cases-deaths-soar-2021-10-21/
