  1. I use the commentary feature of JW Library very extensive. Is there a way to include Web links? When I quote an article passage from wol.jw.org I want to give the source as clickable (!) link. Do you know how to do it?
  2. Here you can address your question directly to the experts: https://www.formstack.com/forms/watchtower-jw_library
  3. Yes. The Truth-Book was something very special. Even today many brothers and sisters speak about it. But who speaks about the "Holy Spirit", the best way of life or the Worldwide security unter the Prince of Peace? Best way of life you can't find in newer index or literature more than the commentary. But fact is - the commentary was remove, not the others.
  4. For the index view absolute logic: The book is from 1979 and the dedicated index is the one 1930-1985. The newer index would be the wrong place. In 1980/81 we studied the book in the Theocratic school: https://wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/201979404?q=cj&p=par
  5. The commentary was very detailed. I studied it for three or four times, wrote all the comments in my study bible, and so I really love it. (So I was a bit shocked to find out it was removed online and offline.) I guess the study notes will not have so many information. One year ago I spoke to a special pioneer about this book. We knew that RF liked to pride himself as author of this book. So he told me that the book never emphasised our preaching work. But we have to accept James itself didn't it as well.
  6. On the other hand: When searching the index itself for "cj" you will find many references to it. Or maybe I didn't get you fully because my English is not the very best.
  7. Find it interesting that there is such a big gab between the German and the English list of helpers: https://www.jw.org/en/jehovahs-witnesses/faq/governing-body/ https://www.jw.org/de/jehovas-zeugen/haeufig-gestellte-fragen/leitende-koerperschaft/ Is the German list much older or much newer?
  8. Yes, but it doesn't make too much sense to select single years. Better to analyse the trends over several years.
  9. "which difference": As mentioned the diff between WT and YB: And as documented in the table: "yb06X; diff to wX06 1.2. 30: max. 6613829; av: 6390016; bapt. 247631; congr. 98269; hours: 1278201985; studies 6061546; attend. 16383333"
  10. Thank you, KingDavid (that's a name!) Through your version I found some issues and added correction to my version. The split of regular and aux pioneer I will add at a later time. Here is the current version: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B3SaHKqogaKNR01tWk5xUHcxQmM/view?usp=sharing (red means: Here I need further input) Strange is the major difference in 2005 between yearbook and Watchtower. Has someone any information why that happened?
  11. 1. My link is working again (the hosting server was maintained by the provider some hours) 2. Why do you want to click on it? You already find out that you can't read the Excel format with your iMac. What would be changed with more clicks and more posts like these?(maybe someone in your congregation can help you to install the needed software)
  12. I checked it. It is accessible. Might be you can't open it because you don't have Excel or something compatible (maybe you can store it into Google Drive and open it with Google Docs).
