  1. Was wondering if anyone can make a transcript of the amazing video about the future of our meetings and ministry because of covid in this 28 min interview?
  2. I am trying to set up khconf app for my congregation but am experiencing some difficulty.please I will out line the things I have done so far and the challenges am currently facing. After the body agreed to use khconf to connect the small groups onto which our congregation is divided due to the covid 19 pandemic. I applied for the account from the khconf website. The account was created and sent to my Google mail. Immediately I started setting up the account. Next I downloaded the khconf app from khconf website and installed it in my lap top. Next I followed the instructions sent by the branch to set up the app. Next I downloaded the Listener app on my Android smart phone then I went to settings, there I followed the instructions sent by the branch to set up the app. NOW THE CHALLENGE Whenever I start the meeting and try to connect with the Listener app on my smart phone I repeatedly receive the error message"wrong number or pin" I don't know why it gives me that message. Please help a brother. Our circuit visit is coming up December 15 and I really want to set it up before then.
  3. Here is a brief tutorial to help friends use Zoom for the meetings during this difficult time.
  4. Just curious to know how our brother and sisters in Newfoundland are fairing after that wicked snowstorm that hit. With 73-93cms of snow. Hope everyone is doing well and is safe and sound
  5. Meetings/Assemblies I was curious if anyone uses a Laptop during the meetings instead of a tablet or phone? If so, what size is your laptop? The large iPad Pro is 12.9inch so I was thinking that a 13-12inch or smaller laptop may be nice to use especially because of the WT Library CD. I have considered the Microsoft Surface tablets, but they can be quite expensive or the older versions are not very powerful or quick compared to a laptop. While a tablet is lighter, I was thinking that a small, light laptop may be fine, it is sturdier. During the meetings, the tablet can slide sometimes on my lap. And also the ease of typing on a laptop could be better for taking notes for talks/assemblies. I especially like the idea of being able to quickly copy the scriptures or referenced articles from the WT Library CD onto my notes. Talks And also I was curious if any brothers use a small laptop when giving talks? Or if anyone has seen brothers in their congregation use a laptop for talks? If you use a laptop for talks, do you recommend it or would a tablet be better? I have also seen a few sisters use a laptop during some midweek meeting parts. There is a powerful yet very light 13inch laptop I have been considering, so I will appreciate any input/thoughts/suggestions, thanks!
  6. What does your congregation use to tie in others for the meetings? A private line? Uber conferencing?
  7. Version 1.0.0
