Moon+ Reader on Android - popup how to

I've been wondering about how to create these popups myself.

 

I found an interesting article on the WTlibrary Disc that I have copypasted into Sigil, an epub creator/editor. I can create the links, but when i click on the link in Moon+ reader it just sends me to that place in the document, and I don't get a popup like in WT and Awake!

 

Are there anyone who knows how to create these popups?

The pop-up only works with epub3 specification which is not widely spread yet.

I think calibre can produce it

When using Moon Reader to study the Watchtower (or any other publication), you can touch a scripture (or footnote) and the information will pop up in a smaller window.  The small window is black with the text in white.  Is there any way to change the color of this black box and white text?
