This is unbelievable!  To hear American soldiers singing, "There is no God like Jehovah!" If you are in a hurry, skip the video ahead to the 2:08 mark and listen to them sing!  We are really close to the end...  It’s the second half of the video that is really unusual….Satan has got everyone so confused!

I wonder what they could do with our songbook??

Wow! I think we should send a song into the society called "There is no god like Jehovah!"  We can all sing that every day after Armageddon!!!  So amazing to see his name used in this time of the end when Satan is trying so hard to hide and disgrace it!

Don't live for the moment - live for the future! :D

Musky,

Thanks for posting this.

I have never seen anything like that before!

I have been in the Military and been to various church services,

but never anything like this.

This is almost like the Pentecostals,

I was waiting for some of the soldiers to throw

themselves on the floor and start speaking in tongues.

Maybe this is now trending in the military - this modern non-denominational movement

with a lot of music and entertainment? They weren't just singing but they had

hand and arm gestures to follow along with the music! Like a musical.

But then the part about singing "There is no God like Jehovah".

Wow, That was really weird. :?

"Create in me a pure heart, O God, And put within me a new spirit, a steadfast one" (PS 51:10)

Without any other context to go on, I'd say this is freaky! Why, after so much emphasis on Jesus, does any form of Christendom call on Jehovahs name? I got goosebumps watching it, but not because I liked it. It almost felt that they were mocking Jehovah.

The current world power going to war in Jehovah's name!! That's getting close to a "disgusting thing" standing in "a holy place!" Jesus and his heavenly army are the only ones authorised to represent Jehovah in a war against the enemy of peace and security.

Soon, they will all have to know who Jehovah really is. "Let God's Kingdom Come" and let true peace and security reign over the earth.

One thing about it, and true, the scriptures say if we didn't tell about the Truth, the rocks would. But hey even those who are not servants are telling it too! What a witness to our dear father Jehovah God. YES, YES, YES!

Proverbs 27:11- Be wise, my son, and make my heart rejoice, So that I can make a reply to him that taunts me.

WND managing editor and “How Evil Works” author David Kupelian also commented: “It’s been said that it takes a religion to fight a religion. With the butchers of ISIS daily proclaiming that they are inspired, motivated and directed by their insane religion, it’s great to see members of the U.S. military proclaiming their faithfulness to the one true God.” so by the looks of it they are mocking isis useing jehovahs name

Did anyone see the poll about the song?

SOUND OFF ON MARINES SINGING 'THERE'S NO GOD LIKE JEHOVAH!'

□ Such extreme religious expression while wearing the U.S. uniform violates the separation of church and state

□I'm concerned how this will appear in the Muslim world Such exclusivist lyrics have no place in an inclusive, multicultural and multi-religious society

□ Hey ISIS -- put that in your pipe and smoke it!

□ In this dark hour, I can think of nothing that could have brightened my day more than these Marines did I have nothing to add -- truly, there is no God like Jehovah!

Jehovah is "walking upon the wings of the wind" PS. 104:3b

I didn't feel they were mocking Jehovah.  They are confused by their religious leaders.  There is a Welsh hymn from the 19th century entitled, 'Guide me, Oh, Thou Great Jehovah.'  People in times past *did* use God's name, but we know its use has been decreasing with time.

In any case, the name of Jehovah is being declared...in one way or another!

Hope they do, because after Armageddon, after I peel my lips off the ground, I'll be running around, jumping up and down all over the place singing THE VICTORY SONG! I'm hoping we will hear the celebration in the heavens after Jehovah's Great Day - can you imagine the rejoicing in the heavens?!!! How great it would be to hear the angelic army singing with us! Plus there is the wedding of the lamb - more celebration!!!

Don't live for the moment - live for the future! :D

Wow!

Well, that was interesting!   Never heard the military sing songs with Jehovah's name in it before, especially not in my time!  Maybe (like some in here have already mentioned) perhaps they are singing it to taunt ISIS.

I wonder what they will think when Armagadden hits, will they say OOORAH then?

OOORAH? Nope! Zephaniah 1:14 The great day of Jehovah is near! It is near and it is approaching very quickly! The sound of the day of Jehovah is bitter. There a warrior cries out.

I think the old Bible says "there a mighty man cries out"

In any case, the name of Jehovah is being declared...in one way or another!

Genesis 4:26 tells us "....At that time a start was made of calling on the name of Jehovah". Man did the same thing in the early days of his history calling on the name of Jehovah. But they didn't use Jehovah's name to honor him but instead defiled the name of Jehovah and treated it with disdain by applying it to Idols, to men, or using it erroneously and improperly during idolatrous worship.

The soldiers in the video are doing exactly the same thing. They don't know Jehovah. They don't know his quality's. They don't know what he stands for because if they did they wouldn't be using his name so disrespectfully as they sing in comradery as their leaders use psychological ploys to prepare them for war. Who's war? Man war's. It has nothing to do with Jehovah much less bringing any honor to his name.

Many nations of this world if not all of them have laws against defamation. If anyone of us were subject to defamation the man made laws that protect us would also protect our name in a court of law. Who among us would willfully and idly stand by while allowing their name to be besmirched with no recourse? As by besmirching the name of the most high that is exactly what these men are doing, defaming Jehovah's character and what his name stands for.

The video was disgraceful.

I think it's rather sad.  I think they believe they are fighting for Jah.  People are so misled

The video was disgraceful.

Are these men not to be pitied and shown compassion as we would show anyone blinded by Satan and Babylon the Great?  There are no doubt many people in our territory who go to some mega churches and sing this same song.

Perhaps you are one of the fortunate ones, Shawn, who was raised in the Truth and have never known any differently, but many of us were not, and if I were in the world and heard your words, I'm fairly certain I wouldn't want to know anymore at that point.

Jehovah has condescended to show ALL of us mercy.  I can look back and, unfortunately, recall in vivid detail the things I did before I came into the Truth and the many times I have fallen short since.  Some of our discussions - including this one, I believe - are publicly visible.  These men may have a zeal for God but not according to accurate knowledge, just as Paul and many who have become faithful servants of Jehovah.  It is the religious leaders of Christendom - the ones who know Hebrew, Greek, and Aramaic and yet still choose to teach their congregations lies - who have taught these men and bear the most guilt.  People are skinned and thrown about just as the Jews of Jesus' day.

Live long and prosper. 🖖🏻

Well, Like many others I found it very interesting. First concerning their enthusiasm. It reminds me of a comment

my dad made when we were first coming into the truth. He said I love so many things about you people, but you all

can't carry a tune in a bucket. We were used to having been in the Methodist church, which is famous for the power-

ful hymns of the Wesleys. Maybe we can use them as an example on how to improve in our enthusiasm. After all, we

have greater reasons to sing about than they do.

In listening to the lyrics of the songs, I was struck that it appeared to be focused on the fact that this is the last days

and we are living in the "time of the "harvest". And then the part about the Jehovah and his name. The question I have

is is this just a service held at Camp Pentleton ? Or is it more general held at all or many of the bases across the coun-

try. Since this appears to be an interdenominational service, this could very well open the doors to witnessing to some

of these soldiers. I remember when we were Methodists we used to sing " Guide me O Thou Great Jehovah". This is

the hymn mentioned by Jules above. It was the first place I heard the name Jehovah. It was only after we started stu-

dying that I realized the great significance of the hymn. Maybe it will prove to be the same for some of them. You just

never know.
