I wonder about the stunch or concervative Catholics who died in the past when they hear about this in the ressurrection?

I just saw this a minute ago.  Wow, prophecy in motion!   "If you want to be LIKED, then you have to go with the flow."   I bet a million or more Catholics are stunned!    A thousands years of apostasy, persecution of all sorts of people, including the gays, burning at the stake, cooked alive, skinned alive, the inquisition of thousands of tortures all gone in one meeting in the year of 2014.   It clearly shows that people follow the teachings and thinking of humans and not the words in the Bible.  This man and those like him, have made the word of God invalid.   Wow, am impressed, that it took this one pope to change its own 1,000 year old teachings and thinking.

The church has accepted this for a long time, they just weren't very public about their acceptance.

 

Earlier this year there was a PBS documentary, "Secrets of the Vatican", that discussed this same subject. Without going into detail, the Scriptural description of Babylon the Great at Revelation 19:2 is quite fitting.

Actually, to be honest, the Catholic church has not approved that report, that reflected only the opinion of some in the Vatican, but not the official position of the Church.

They continue to say that homosexuals deserve respect as everyone else, but same sex relations are condemned by the Bible. I thought it's just fair to clarify this.

What a shame and a sham. Not surprising that they continually shift to fit the needs of public opinion. Keep tickling the ears of their adherents for material gain, especially when trying to shift focus off other more serious sins of their clergy. HOw disgusted Jehovah must feel.
