It's sad that woman was killed by a lioness while on a safari in Africa. When will people learn that, although cute, etc, there's a reason why tour guides say to keep the vehicle windows up. Reason? They are wild animals! Even a volunteer I saw on youtube who was playing with full grown lions is clearly putting his life in danger. Why? Simple. Because they are wild animals!

Only in the new world can we play with them.

We have several herds of Roosevelt elk in our area. They are quite accostomed of the highways and the vehicles. But, people get out of their rigs, for, "that special shot". The males have huge racks of horns. And they are not a tame animal. and just huge. Until the new system, they are not to be trusted. Appreciate them at a distance!

I want to age without sharp corners, and have an obedient heart!

Exceptionally nice, but not exactly normal, in this system. I think things like this feed some's notion that big cats are big warm fuzzy creatures! To hug. Be patient!

A lion or a tiger that are grown by humans from birth can be very affectionate with what they consider their family. The problem is that they have terrible strength and huge claws. A wrong movement and they have ripped you open without any intention to hurt you.

One of my dogs weighs 30 kg and has great strength. Sometimes she has knocked us down when she jumped to welcome us. In the case of a child or an elderly person they could receive serious harm. And that's just a dog.
