JW Library on iPad pro

Just lately, I haven't been able to use the History in my library app. I uninstalled and reinstalled but still the history isn't working. My pro and iPhone both have the latest updates, and the history works on my phone. Is anyone else having this problem?

If you havent looking at any publications, bible, media, etc just daily text it wouldnt show anything at history sis carol

When you uninstall WtLib then you lose your history until you read some scriptures or as Alexa said looking up publications.

Yes i hope i have ipad with jwlibrary but i think meetings would show up in histroy too sis vernalee

It works for Bible, Publications, and Media. But items clicked on in Meetings will be added to the appropriate history.

If you view daily text it wouldnt appear in history, i think history would appear none if you just download it brother chris

I have uninstalled and reinstalled my Jw library. I appreciate all the suggestions, but for some reason using history when using Bible as I do mostly in service on my iPad pro, it is not working. 

A square comes up in the middle of the page with a B on it, when I hit publications, a P comes up, etc. I really miss media history, since this is extremely helpful in service.

I have worked with apple support. They couldn't figure out. My brothers who are also using iPad pro are not having this problem. It has just started out of nowhere. 

My iPhone which is also running the latest and same iOS, still has history working.

I would so appreciate any suggestions on how I could resolve the problem, or who I could talk to about it. I did report the problem to JW Library. I'm not tech savvy, but I do know how to navigate well on JW sites.

Sorry that I haven't learned how to navigate here. Brother Chris, yes that is the library history I am talking about.

Ive never seen a history button in jw library. But now that i followed your link i cleared my histories, but how do you use tags?

All,

I figured out the problem with history on Jw Library. It quit working after I downloaded the study Bible on my iPad pro. I don't have the study bible on my iPhone, so that's why history is working there. I believe the fix will be coming soon, but in the meantime, I plan to delete study bible from my iPad. I have it on my computer, and have been reading it there.

 

Thanks for all the suggestions, and I hope if others experience this problem they will understand the problem, and patiently wait for the fix.
